Good Feet Sold under false pretense, make you think you have 30 days when in fact all sales are final Lexington Massachusetts
Upon visiting the company in question they say all the right things to make you think you're doing the right thing. After using the product for a week I was in more pain than when I started. By the end of the 2nd week I had about all I could take.
Upon returning the pieces of premolded plastic "arch supports" I was told that all I could get was a store credit and that all sales were final. Not what I really call "standing behind your product". THe sales person just kept touting how they have been in business since 1949 and all the good things people have said about them. I'm sure they might have worked for other folks but they're not going to work for everyone.
I simply want the hundreds of dollars I spent on something that didn't work back. The person wouldn't give me the name of the owner of the store to talk to either. I can't think of another circumstance where I haven't been able to get my money back when the product didn't live up to it's hype. You can by a car nowadays and drive it for a while and if you don't like it you get you're money back!
