I unfortunately have first count experience for working at Goodwill. I don't know how others operate,but it seems pretty universal on it's policies. First off, your items will most likely be thrown out. The store always needs room to place it's newest arrivals and I have seem perfectly good/sealed packages thrown into the "trash bins!" I've seem items that were never used but discarded because it was too expensive to display or simply there was to much junk on the shelves. They pile too much junk on the shelves and often it's tipped over which can be a softy issue It would be nice to see the aging junk replaced by the good or new items received. It's a shame that the items that are trashed are not given to another store or just given back to the giver for them to donate else where to their choosing. Plus,Target items get first priority. If an item come's from Target, room must be made for these items,even if it means discarding perfectly good merchandise.The attendants at the receiving dock are made to stand on their feet, often in an unheated environment in the Winter. Have you seen their prices? You can most likely get new ones at Walmart for cheaper!Plus i'm disabled (back) abd they wouldn't accommodate me even with a doctor's note. I was put on unpaid leave on absence until I get a "modified" note. The human resources person Celina Davis is a b***h and will mock you when asking for accommodations. She is truly a heartless person who replies just with "mocking" laughter when you talk to her about something serious. Ranji Jacob, the manager, is "ok", but will show favoritism to those who kiss his a*s. Plus, the whole thing about accommodating those with "disabilities" is a joke. They can't even accomodate their employees who have disabilities. Most of the money goes to the "fat cats," upper management. I know I'm not alone with these "issues," look at the others who have had similar problems as myself in other states! Please,donate your items to a local church or synagogue or whatever charitable donation you choose who won't "over price" your items for profit and can genuinely help those in need without a mark up. They won't throw out your items,in which you value genuinely,and they will make sure it's sold or donated without throwing it out. Please spend your money at the Sxxxxx Axxxx (((REDACTED))) or local Thrift stores who are more concerned about helping others and not to make a profit or abuse it's employees. Thank You

I feel sorry for African Americans and Mexican working at Goodwill in Frankfort IL

I worked there over a year and saw how hard the African American and mexican workers worked at Goodwill in Frankfort IL. While the white workers play around in the back with the managers. Took many wash room breaks and hid in other areas and wasn't nothing said they was treated like royatity. .
Before I left it was changing they hired a very mean old looking a*s white lady manager she dint descrimate she was f**king mean to everyone customers and workers. I had to leave that place. Will the owner was very nice. Instead of me going to uncle Tom a*s Celina Davis I should have went to Will.
One day they going to find out Celina might been in with them stealing. She was definitely protecting and covering up the wrong doing they was doing.

Say shoppers look around. They fired two managers and got one thief still working there I left. The worker that hipped the customers to the stealing that was going on at Goodwill has resigned because she was being treated very bad by Celina Davis Goodwill new manager came in like hitler very mean.
She has a very nasty a*s attitude and snapped on All the workers for no reason. I tried to warn a*s kissing uncle Tom Celina Davis numerous times and she didnt do a got dam thing I reported all that was taking place to coon celina Davis.
A lot of people end up quitting or is about to quit. I heard some one got hurt today as well. They was about to fire me so I did the smart f*cking thing and resigned. Other workers would soon follow. They gave two week notices.
Its a shame that so many good workers has quit or about to quit, this could have been resolved if Celina would have listen to all the warnings. That new manager has a f*cked up attuide. But i bet her a*s is looking stupid now.
Corporate needs to look into why the lady at Human resources was so against me for reporting the mis treatment that the African American workers was getting and for telling her about the stealing From racist a*s Daniel.
Hopefully they will get their dam act together. Celina suppose to be a advocate for the disable, if anything she is against disability people and tell bosses to treat you any kind of way. It was racist mo 0anagers stealing all type of sh*t going and and she was fully aware with what was going on and dint do a thang. They rather lose good hard workers protecting racist theives.

Celina Davis is a black coon sell out her own people. I reported stealing going on in the store. She knows how certain managers was lying on me setting me up. Instead of coming in to the store to make everything right.
She tell the managers that they have every right to discriminated against me and treat me bad and show favors. She act like she was in with the people stealing from the store and they need to keep a close eye on her as well I have a new job that they dint know started Monday.
Now im working in a smaller store more peaceful so far Good bye Celina. You need more training in people all people equal not just the white. Stop kissing white people a*s and going against your own people you f*cking sell out coon.
