Gorayeb Seminars Rip Off....Beware Internet
I attended a weight loss seminar that Gorayeb seminars hosted in Louisville Kentucky. The company advertised on the radio and promised results for weight loss through hypnosis. I thought i would give it a try, I had also tried hypnosis to quit smoking through another company that was not longer in business. This worked for me, so i figured, what the heck, give it a try. The price for the seminar was 60.00 paid in advance. When i arrived, the whole seminar was really based on selling supplements to help lost weight. I heard the presentation and went for it, I bought 6 months worth of supplements for about 300.00. I went home , began the system as prescribed, including listening to tapes each night. It just did not work, i saw no change at all. I should have known better, but i guess i wanted to lose weight so badly that i would have don just about anything.
The company ran my credit card through twice, so i noticed i had 600.00 taken out of my account . I called the company, the lady there went on the fix the situaion, but they had ran my card through so many times that the transaction was denied. In the mean time, i figured out this system did not do anything. I do not intend to pay for these supplements, but am willing to pay for what was opened.
Today i talked to Becky Hook from collections, i told her i would pay for opened portion and send others back. She put someone different on the phone that acted like i was a criminal, talked really rude and said her client would not do this. They want me to send 10 bottles pack and pay 119.00 for the opened bottles. I think i have paid enough already, i am going to send back the unopened bottles with confirmed receipt.
I just hope that someone may read this and not waste their money or time. I think when it comes down to it there is really not "quick fix" and these types of companies are out to take advantage of people that are over weight. Per the lady i talk to today " It is not Grayeb Seminars Problem". Shellie(Louisville,Ky.)

I never used any other credit cards, this company is not trustworthy! This is a lie on behalf of the company! I have records of the transactions that took place. The "sales" person that sold the supplements ran my credit card through twice that is why the company put a stop on the account. There were, are and have always been funds available. I am sorry that your company continues to tell LIES. Please beware, these people are selling supplements not helping people lose weight through hypnosis. I am again, saying on this public forum, I will pay for the open bottles. This process has gone on due to the companies neglect to run their transaction through properly and POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Shellie never paid for the products she purchased at our seminar and has refused to return them so we sent her to collections. She is complaining that we sent her to collections. Here is what happened - she purchase products at our seminar and asked if she could pay half that night and the balance in 30 days. The hypnotist mistakenly charged the full amount. The next day she called our office and asked if we would refund the full amount and she would give us a different credit card to charge the first half payment. We refunded the full amount, she gave us a different credit card and when we went to process it, it was declinded. My office spoke to her and she never gave us a card that worked. We sent her a letter saying if she did not pay for what she purchased we would be forced to send her to collections. She ignored that letter. The last conversation we had with her she said she was going to send back the unused product, she never did. After over 3 months of no results with Shellie we sent her to collections.
