Hello all,
My name is Steve Walker and I have known Mr. Grossman for many years. I would like to weigh in concerning Mr. Grossman's character.
I have personally been helped by Mr. Grossman, I have read the Rip Off complaint and can say that the man that I know is not the man spoken of in the complaint. Mr. Grossman helped my Ex-wife and I purchase our first home, he handled things professionally and made it happen at every turn when it looked as if no one else could.
Mr. Grossman also in the past mentored me in many aspects in my life and I have very much respect for him. Many things happen when someone is entering foreclosure and I am sure Mr. Grossman did all he could to help this individual, it may be good advice for this person to look in the mirror as I myself have had to do in the past and see who really allowed themselves to reach the position he or she found themselves in their life as well as financially. Could be a dose of accepting responsibility for ones own actions could enter into the picture.
I can be reached if anyone has any questions of me at: [email protected] or feel free to call (734)657-7436 Steve Walker,
Nothankyou

Please be advised that Mr. Grossman's rebuttal was accurate and the report filed was due to stress caused by the foreclosure and other legal matters pending when the file was reported.

I would like to offer a rebuttal to this extremely vicious attack. I have been in business for many years and yes, I do purchase real estate. The economy has forced many people to be in foreclosure on their homes and I am not the first to have purchased a home under these circumstances. I do understand what a sensitive issue this can be for many people, they spend their lives creating a home and giving it up due to unfortunate circumstances can be very frustrating. In fact, I do believe I know who the writer of this vitriol is, since I had purchased only one home in foreclosure in Naples, FL and I am sorry to say I had thought she was happy with the deal, since it had saved her credit rating from having a mortgage foreclosure listed on it. Unfortunately, when this happens the buyer is the bad guy for buying a house that the owner just could not afford anymore. Lastly, I took the most offense to when I was called 80+ years old, please, don't rush me, I am not yet 80!
