BUYER BEWARE:
Rob Remitz ( GoSouthernMD) is a slippery, scheming, CON MAN that lies thru his teeth !!
I ordered a scooter that was advertised as a GT-3 model .... What I received was a clone from ELECTRIC WHEELS - Model EW-36.
The Advertised price was " MSP $2999.00 - Our price $1499.00 - You save $1500.00"
Other dealers that handle this same machine list the MSP as $2300.00 or $2100.00 !! -- So what he's doing is jacking up the price .. to have you believe he's giving you a DEAL, making a great profit for himself, as he advertises FREE SHIPPING.... ( shipping is not free -- but is included in his MARKUP price !!)
The unit I ordered origially was a CARGO model ... for which there was an additional $400 charge on top of his advertised price of $1499.00 ---- he claimed it was enroute from China and there would be a 6 wk. delay .. and sold me on the idea of a "shorter" model that was easier to ship,.... ( big deal.. all of 2" shorter ?? )
As compensation for the difference in purchase price, he verbally offered to send me a trailer ( supposedly a $300 value ) -- and refund the difference of $100.00 ---- saying the trailer was enroute to him from another dealer and would be shipped out the same day as he received it. As further "compensation" for the switched order .. he offered a Canopy for free -- that would be shipped with the trailer.
After researching the trailer on several sites, I found it sold retail for only $191.00 with free shipping !
In checking "MY ACCOUNT" there was nothing mentioned on my order except the Scooter !!!! Nothing was documented that he had offered verbally on the phone !
I smelled a rat ... after a week when nothing arrived ... and emailed him my request for an IMMEDIATE $400 Refund. His reponse was rude ... and contained some kind of a credit advice from a hokey company, PAY TRACE ... showing the refund "KEYED" , thereby meant to pacify me? I checked the headers in the email ...and the "receipt form" plainly said " not processed" ! ---
A Legitimate vendor would simply have used a card swiper machine to issue credit !!! -- THIS WAS YET ANOTHER STALL !
I contacted my Credit Card Bank .. they plan to burn file FRAUD charges if the $400 CREDIT does not show up on my account within 10 days ! ( sorry, Rob... you done picked the WRONG Turkey to pluck this time !)

There is no truth to any of this. She got a scooter and she was very happy with it and then changed her mind after she wrecked it and then never responded to any emails. She wanted a brand new one and I told her that it costs $300 just to ship these scooters. We are not responsible for customer error.
