Complaint Review: Grace homes - Hermitage Tennessee

When a company deceives customers,  lies, and manipulates subcontractors, salespeople and vendors then they need to be stopped.



Obviously you and courtney are still getting paid but what about the sub contractors, sales people who didnt and the homeowners whose money was taken and work not completed to satisfaction. Vendors who haven t been paid so they are forced to put liens on homeowners homes.



These are the people who are and should be upset and for you to say poor brandt is an insult to the the long line of people he has damaged.   What Grace homes has done is not care. They don t answer phone calls, letters form attorneys, the better business or through any other channels of communication.





Bottom line is Brandt bentley has the assets to make everyone damaged whole again. He just isnt doing it and so why should anyone have any empathy for a guy who just doesn t seem to care. 





As far as the girls working for Brandt your hands are already dirty you have been part of trying to cover things up for him.  You seem to think he doesnt deserve being put on notice well what if you were the customer with the lien on your home, or the subcontractor owed money would you still say Brand doesnt deserve this?

I agree that there are some employees who are legitimately owed money and deserve attention. I just think smearing and trying to ruin Brandt's name is mean and spiteful. I'm sure that he wishes that he could fix it and that none of this was happening but he got to this point based on a lot of people not doing the right thing. I can speak for Courtney (I'm friends with her) there is nothing that she can do to make anyone get paid or even decide who gets a check. Blaming her on this site is dumb. If you are owed money go through the proper channels to get paid but the way everybody is trying to ruin Brandt is messed up.

Slander is something that is false.   Grace homes has an F business rating with the better business bur in every location.  They have at least 8 homeowners in St louis county that  suppliers have placed liens on because Grace homes is not paying suppliers.

A long line of salespeople, sub contractors and vendors who havent been paid.  YOu call the office noone answers, letters from an attorney just ignored. 



YOu text or e mail courtney or deanna and they get angry and say quit bothering me talk to Brandt.

Well Brandt answer your phone we just want our money.



Lastly this is not Matt Grider but I hope matt reads this then he can sue you for libel and slander.  Unlike you  who is trying to defend a company who obviously  mismanaged customers money and his business as a whole.  There is written documented proof of grace homes business practices.

Now now Matt Gryder. First lets discuss that you were a shady salesmen who falsified contracts in order to win contests. Second you want paid all of your money for only doing 1/4 of the work required to receive 100% of the pay. Third as Grace Homes attorney handled your issues as well as your partners Blake Wolfe you were paid in full all the money that was owed to you. Any additional monies you thought were owed to you are by customers that never paid their final money because of the way they were treated by you and your partner. Also during your tenure at Grace Homes you were violating a non compete and working for another company in the area which was discovered when you left the other company's contracts on the copier. It's time for you to move on and get a life. Other employees have legitimate issues with GH but you are not one them- stop slandering GH. Your facts are incorrect and some are compete lies.

Do you have a copy of this companies' standard contract that articulates its warranties?

You need to take it to court now.  Presently Grace Homes   Brand Bentley has an F business rating in every office with the better business bureau.  In missouri- st louis county suppliers are placing liens on his customers houses from non payment.



Brandt bentley, got married this year spent 60k on a wedding but wont pay suppliers, salesman, or subcontractors. The attorney general needs to investigate gracce homes as well as the insurance comission.





All his office numbers are google numbers that roll to his cell phone. So he dosent answer the phone just ignores your call so you can leave no message.



Courtney and Alicia when called will say leave us alone you too need to talk to Brandt. Well guess what girls we are not going to stop calling and asking for our money. There is a whole group of people who are owed commisions and subs that are not paid.





So if you want your money court will be the only way you get it. Because this Brandt Bentley just doesnt care.
