Gracelins Will not let you return items although their return policy says no hassle return. Internet

Ordered boots. They took way too long to get here. Guess they are a forign company. When they got here, they were cheply made and didnt care for them. So i went on their site. no phone number or address. Their return policy says No Hassle Returns within 30 days. (see their web site). So I emailed them. They send automated replies in the middle of the night. Long story short.. They ask you for pictures and run you around and aroiund day after day and never give you an address top send them to.
I did receive the boots. I dint pay much for them. But, they were really really cheap.
The big rip off is they realyy dont have a refund polcy at all.
Do not buy from this company!
