I am the owner of the car that Tony Flemings sold, he clearly knew that there were signifcant issues with the car and he blatantly told his repair shop not to fix them prior to the sale.
I contacted BRETT at GRAN TURISMO after i received the car to help me dianose the problems with the car. When it was revealed to me that there was major problems, Brett tried help me get some very modest restitution from Tony Fleming. It is only because Brett 'went to bat' for me that Tony Fleming is now trying to defame him.
what Tony is saying is false and slanderous and he had never even heard of Gran Turismo before i sent him the detailed report that Brett gave me regarding the condition of my car.
I would like to make this clear Gran Turismo is ALSO A VICTIM of Tony Fleming . I cannot say enough good things about the service I received at Gran Turismo.
Tony Fleming, on the other hand, is completely dishonest, disreputable and is looking for anyway to hide his misdeeds, not only with me but with his countless other victims.

this is really, really sad Tony...i now understand why you have countless claims against you.
anyone can find the current files registered against Tony Fleming of Flemings Ultimate Garage, on this website, with the BBB, many other places on the internet and with the State's Attorney General.
any similar search will reveal that, i, on the other hand, have no such bad business history.
i am Brett Swaykoski, President and Owner of Gran Turismo.
Valerio Gennacarro is the real victim in this, and is the 'customer' that Tony Fleming is referring to.
Valerio himself will post on this thread to confirm the real details of this situtation.
Valerio was unfortunate purchaser of a Ferrari that Tony Flemings had for sale.
although it was advertised as having a fresh service and as being in 'mint' condition,
when Valerio received the car, it mysteriously had bent valves and 90% leakdown on 2 cylinders.
our full investigation of the motor revealed a full compliment of problems and damage.
Valerio contacted my shop, for the first time, shortly after receiving the car...he knew there was a problem from the first moment he drove the car...unfortunately, we confirmed his fears.
Valerio had put under 100 km's on the car, which was confirmed by Flemings own Bill of Sale.
i presented the details, at the request of the owner, Valerio Gennacarro, to Tony Fleming, via e-mail.
after months of ignoring the e-mails and the phone calls of both Valerio and myself, Valerio directly contacted the shop that had serviced the car for Flemings Ultimate Garage.
the owner of that shop, who will necessarily remain nameless, confirmed what Valerio now knew.
within minutes, the owner of that shop offered restitution to Valerio Gennacarro.
he readily admitted that the car had substantial engine problems.
at that time however, Tony Fleming owned the the car and was the customer.
the shop owner was directed not to address the issues and to close the car back up.
it was then offered for sale for by Flemings Ultimate Garage...and advertised as fully serviced.
it was only after we confronted Tony Fleming with this additional information that he engaged us.
however, it was only to deny any culpability...and to refuse our request of modest restitution.
these details are are verifiable and will be confirmed by Valerio Gennacarro himself.
the reputation that proceeds Tony Fleming himself, only serves to further verify Valario's version.
Tony Fleming has no idea about my business or any of my customers.
his post above is pure vengeance for the fact that i tried to help one of his many victims.
he is trying to hurt my business because i insisted that he make restitution to Valerio.
Tony, i challenge you to back up any of your claims, including those made by any 'dealer'.

I hired Gran Turismo to repair my ferrari which came to me from Tony Fleming with a blown motor. Gran Turismo went above and beyond to make it right it right for me. I could not say enough nice things about the service I received from them and would not hesitate to recommend Gran Turismo to any Ferrari owner. i've received first class service from Gran Turismo from first the day I met with Brett, the owner. i know for a fact that Tony Fleming had never even heard of Gran Turismo before Brett stepped in on my behalf to help me get restitution from Flemings Ultimate Garage...my battle is with you Tony, not with Gran Turismo.
