GRAND PRAIRIE FORD - GM JEFF BAKER best cars and trucks.... after two months went by, decided to take the mustang to get it inspected/emmisions also.Come to find out will not pass.Went back to dealer.,cannot help me.Ford kept it for two weeks.SCREWED it up!!! grand praire, Texas

bought this 2005 GT Mustang Converiable in Jan.2009,and of course Eric said it was a cream puff.ask Eric and Clark in service dpt was anything wrong with it,and of course they said it was dandy of deal.So drove it around,no lights or any problems,ran good.well,took the creampuff home put it in the garage,took it out on special occaisions.Now its begining of March when the sticker was about to expire.took it to nieghborhood inspections place which still have.The gentleman there told me that someone had turned off some plugs and check engine light,and he wont pass it like that.So swiftly took it back to Grand Prairie Ford in Grand Prairie,Tx.,thinking it was going to be anything but just hooking cables to it and fix it.Man,Clark laugh and said that I had gotten someone to change the program to run fast.Man, I was upset,and went back to the front told them to fix the d**n thing or give me my money back or put me something else.went back and clark said they would look at it,so they gave me a loaner,tried to keep that.but unfortunately they gave me my car,ran okay to work.Got back into my car on the way home eng.lght turned on and the car ran like crap.Man,I called and wrote a letter to the state about what happened and how in the world they got inspection sticker.I had to go Dallas Mustang in Dallas,Tx to find out what happened.Dallas Mustang told me that G.P. Ford had no idea on how to program a car. Well,got hold of someone from the state of Texas,the lady said there nothing they can do.I told her that they had sold me car that by law cannot be sold if knowingly that it wont pass immissions.I have been trying to get these people to fix it or give me another one that will pass and because of them Im stuck with unpassiable car and they knew from the start that it would not pass.does anyone have suggestions.maybe write to state representive..............

the bank that received her loan documents was obviously SCAMMED too. The dealer gave Tori an $800 a month raise, didn't they? That's FRAUD, wouldn't you agree?
*ALL CAUGHT ON HIDDEN CAMERA!
