Grant Search Assistant-St George,UT-US They keep charging my debit card for services NOT provided ME!!! Ripoff St.George Utah
It all started-or at least I noticed it about Nov.2006--these crazy charges to my child support debit card.Not authorized by me; not sure how they got my info.I called the state--they can't stop these charges. They don't have a address for these people.I've gotta find a web or physical address of someone who's ripping me off!!!

First of all let me offer my sincerest apologies to Marti. There are no commitments with the free product. There is a bonus free trial period to the membership websites that accompanies the free CD and we do our best to disclose this as it is stated on the sales page, the order page, the confirmation page and in the confirmation email. The trial period is free for 14 days and we would not have charged Marti had she canceled during the trial period. It is not our desire to bill clients who do not want the membership after the free trial offer. Can't they cancel that account and make a new one?

I don't understand why whoever issued the card can't cancel the account and open a new one with a different number? My husband has a child support debit card through Chase Bank (his ex-wife pays child support)and he takes the money out every month so that the balance is always close to zero but if there was ever any unathorized use, he'd tell them to cancel the card/account right away and issue a new one.
