After an expected single charge, they began monthly billing and would not stop. Phone calls accomplished nothing (because they would not return calls). As a last resort, I cancelled the card used for the initial purchase. Hopefully this will end the monthly unwanted bills because the card number has changed. This is a major inconvenience for me, but it'll be worth it if the unjustified monthly billing ends.
