I had ordered a CD Rom through Grant Search Assistant for $3.95 for shipping and handling. I had received this E-Mail on line stating all I would pay is that amount and I would receive a free CD. I used my debit card to purchase this CD for $3.95.

My wife had been going through our bank account online and noticed our account had been billed 2 times from Grant Search Assistant. This was done electronically through my debit card.

I never received any e-mails from them about anything. I never received a CD ROM either. I never paid much attention to it until my wife asked me about it. I them called my bank and explained to them that I never received anything from Grant Search Assistant and that they were fraudulently billing my bank account. I disputed these two transactions with my bank.

I them called Grant Search and asked them why they were fraudulently charging my bank account, and they told me that once I paid the shipping and handling for the CD that they do not notify you of anything through e-mail, phone, or paper. I then told them that wasn't right to be billing my account for something I never received.

They had taken $29.95 and $3.97 out of our account in November. I then demanded they reverse these charges, and the first rep I taLked to said he couldn't do anything about it. I was furious at this point, and I demanded to talk to a supervisor. He then HUNG UP ON ME!!!!!

I called back and talked to another rep and told him I did not like the idea of one of the reps hanging up on me, and explained to him the situation. He then told me that they would refund the $29.95 back to the account, but he could not reverse the charge for the $3.97. I asked him WHY? If he could reverse the $29.95 back, I figured he wouldn't have a problem with the $3.97. I told him I wanted to talk to a supervisor and he said

OKAY.

He got back on the line and told me all the supervisors were busy assisting other customers and that he would inform them immediately about my reqauest. That same day, somebody called me back and I explained to her my complaint. She then told me that they would refund all three charges back.

I then asked her about the third charge. She said that there was $7.95 charged on another credit card. I asked her how that could have happened. She said that I ordered the CD ROM twice. I told her why would I want to order something twice. She then told me that the charge for $7.95 was for NETWORK AGENDA.

She also said that they tried to bill my credit card for another $29.95 but my credit card was declined. THANK GOD!!!!! She told me that they use different websites for advertising their products, but they are from the same company.

I told her that I wanted all the charges reversed back to my cards, because I never received anything, and I never authorized them to do that. She told me that once you paid the $3.97 for the CD ROM that they automatically start charging your account each and every month for the $29.95.

I explained to her that they never let me know what they were doing and she told me that they DO NOT notify you of this through E-Mail, Phone, or Paper. I then told her that all I received from their E-Mail was paying the Shipping and Handling fees, and that the CD was free. It never stated that they would start charging me $29.95 after so many days.

The first rep I talked to also said that I should have remembered about this and that it was just like paying a regular bill, like a car payment or mortgage. I then told him that banks send you e-mails or paper statements about when your bill is due.

They are so WRONG and THINK PEOPLE ARE SO DUMB, but we do know what they are trying to do- RIP PEOPLE OFF, like any other company does. I guess once it has to do with money, everybody gets greedy.

Monitor all your credit cards and bank accounts, because you just my find charge that were never authorized. Who knows how much money companies swindle out of us hard-working people.

Clients simply need to follow the instructions to contact customer support at 1-866-396-5694 and express a desire to do so during the free trial period, or anytime thereafter. If our support staff fails to offer the quality and professionalism that we expect to provide then I would personally like to know about it so that I can resolve the issue in-house so that it doesn't continue to happen. I also guarantee to personally see to it that anyone who has had a negative experience with our staff or company is satisfied. I can be reached on my cell phone at 435-773-1795 or via email at [email protected]. Once again, my apologies to Bill. Hopefully, I will hear from him soon so that we can get this resolved.

Once you put that CD in your PC it collects your data from Credit cards and pin nimber, bank password and ext and sends them to the company. That is how they charged your other credit cards. Read my report on my situation. Thanks and good luck
