Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
When I signed up for the "free" cd I only authorized the cost of shipping and handling. I ended up getting stuck in another state because I ran out of gas and my credit card was maxed out (I only have a $500 limit b/c it's a student card).

I knew I didn't reach my credit limit because I write all my charges in a book (my mom takes care of the bill). I finally got home and checked my online statements. I couldn't believe I had been charged $49.95 for 2 months! It was for a service I never even knew about. I couldn't find the website or a number on my statement for the life of me so I called my credit card company.

I told them the situation and they put the credit back in my account and I thought it was over. Now I'm being billed by another company in St. George, Utah for $7.95.

I can't help but think Grant Search Assistant is behind it. It's located in the same city and state. Plus, I only used my credit card once online and it was for the Grant Search Assistant. It also showed up right after my credit card company disputed the charge. Coincidence? Doubtful.

I just got off the phone with my credit card company and they're disputing the charges. I've never even seen networkagenda.com. I don't even know why I'd need it, neither did the lady handling the claim.

Unless you like wasting money and time I would never sign up with this company. Setting your money on fire is a better investment, at least it'll keep you warm.

Resolution Offer

First of all let me offer my sincerest apologies to Christina. There are no commitments with the free product. There is a bonus free trial period to the membership website that accompanies the free CD and we do our best to disclose this as it is on the sales page, the order page, the confirmation page and the confirmation email. The trial period is free for 14 days and we would not have charged you had you cancelled during the trial period. It is not our desire to bill clients who do not want the membership after the free trial ends. I'm surprised to hear that our number wasn't printed next to the charge on your statement; it is our policy to have the name of the program ordered and the customer service number next to every charge we bill for. You can call our customer service department between the hours of 7 am Monday - 11 pm Friday (24 hrs during the week) and a representative will be happy to cancel your account and even refund your charges if that is the resolution you are seeking., our customer service and corporate offices are closed on Saturday and Sunday. If you've already contacted customer service and are not happy with the resolution or you feel your weren't treated fairly please call me directly on my cell phone at 435-773-1795 or you can email me at [email protected] and I will address your concerns ASAP. Sincerely, Ryan R.
