I bought a grant cd from these people at the begining of the year and have seen a few charges to my account that i couldnt explain well this last time i decided to look it up on the net and found that it was this grant company charging me without any authorization what so ever here are some of the examples:

this is the actual purchase made for the cd, that by the way got me no where.

I noticed how the purchase that was authorized is different from the ones not, are they trying to hide it and slip it in under our noses????

I want my money back!!

i contacted the grant agency but have gotten no responce, i also contacted my insitute,and am making progress there, i will take this as far as i need to to either shut them down or make them refund not only me but others who they have ripped off!!!

I recieved a phone call today not by ryan but a lady who's name escapes memory, she proceeded to tell me that i had signed up for the free trial and it was said 3 times that after a certian ammount of days i would be charged, and that this was done by phone.This is the first phone interaction i have had with this company, i purchased the cd online. Anyway she told me that two of my charges would be refunded. i guess thats better then nothing at all. I want to thank all who run this site and have made it possible for us not to feel completly alone as a victum.

First of all let me offer my sincerest apologies to Jessica. There are no commitments with the free product. There is a bonus free trial period to the membership websites that accompanies the free CD and we do our best to disclose this as it is stated on the sales page, the order page, the confirmation page and in the confirmation email. The trial period is free for 14 days and we would not have charged Jessica had she canceled during the trial period. It is not our desire to bill clients who do not want the membership after the free trial offer. I have located Jessica's account and the charges she is disputing have been refunded as of today.
