Stay away from Grant University.com...Its a scam - My credit card number was stolen and then all of a sudden this charge from this company starts to show up and i called and called and kept getting hung up on and then when i did get a person they kept telling me I dont qualify for a refund...How can I not qualify for a refund for something I did not order? They had the wrong phone number, wrong email, wrong billing address and yet here I am still not eligible for a refund!! BS - Dont order from them.

After posting on FACEBOOK my story on the PACK RAT facebook page I received a call from Corporate Claims. They said they are willing to offer me $237.00 to basically go away. I said NO way and that I would not settle for anything less than my claim. He said he would call me back - well that was Monday 11/14 and today is Thursday 11/17 and i have still not heard a word back. The next step I will be contacting an attorney and taking the next steps.

I finally got hold of another person and asked to speak to a manager I was told there were no managers there and then I said well good give me the managers voicemail only to be told that his voicemail was full - now how the hect would a customer service person know that the managers voicemail is full. I am on with my bank now canceling my credit card and hoping they give me a refund.
