With one mistake, I gave banking info to recieve the $1.97 GrantMasterCD on 12/6/07. This was the one and only website I gave info to. It was with a site that stated free access for 7 days. This was cancelled within the time limit to their "customer service" e-mail & I called twice their toll free number at 866-370-7270, yet charges appeared nonetheless. After, Grant Search Assistant charged $39.95 on 12/12; BSM SBA Express charged $7.95 on 12/21; Network Agenda charged $9.95 on 12/28; RewardMeMore charged $33.87 on 12/31 then BSM Grant Search for $39.95 on 1/11/08.

I have attempted to contact the above listed companies numerous times. They have refused to respond to any of the dozen e-mails I've sent to their so-called customer service.

Now, a new piece of information arises. One naive little boy named Ryan R. admitted to Raven Media handling the "customer service" for these companies. He has given his personal e-mail ([email protected]) to see if he could resolve the issues being complained about at Ripoff Report as well as the Complaints Board. I doubt he has the knowledge nor ability to resolve such a massive issue. I can't imagine the hundreds if not thousands of people that have been a victim of these organizations.

I am hoping someone, somewhere has started or is the process of extablishing a class action lawsuit against these companies.

This ring of ripoff artists needs to be stopped and I will not stop until I have satisfaction. I have reported this issue to my bank and have also filed a complaint to the Federal Department of Justice for Internet fraud.

My banking account was dipped into by MyGrantSiteNet aka GrantMasterCD without my even knowing it. I had never even heard of them before in my life. I never ordered anything from them at all. And their customer service sucks they keep asking me for more Credit Card numbers and personal data before they can help me and then claimed that they can not find my account on their computers. What a scam! I strongly urge/recommend that anyone that is another victim of this scam go to the website or call the following: STATE OF NEVADA OFFICE OF THE ATTORNEY GENERAL BUREAU OF CONSUMER PROTECTION - Vevada is where they are supposedly located however on GrantMasterCD's website there is also reference to a connection to another name they use in an New York location so you may want to write/call the Attorney General office in NY as well. Also: visit the website for and/or call: THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU for more information one reporting these people. I think one of these services has a litigation type service that may be free. And of course report this to your creditors if you haven't done so already. Too many people are being ripped off and I seriously doubt the sincerity of the "Resolution Offer". These people have gotten away with it for some reason for too long. It's time to start reporting them by the numbers and put an end to their robbing us! 1. Contact your creditors. 2. Call/write the Better Business Bureau 3. Call/write the State Attorney Generals Office. 4. Post, Blog, Vlog, email, IM, and call all people and warn them today! STOP THEM NOW!!!
