Ryan. It's been exacly 1 year since I left Granton Marketing in FLorida and as much as I can relate to what you've said the sad fact is that just about everyone I work with there had as much access to information about the company and how things worked as they were endevored to ask. Most of them came to work with the attitude of "hey where's my money??" than really looking to find out how to get better or what they needed to work on. I understand exaclty what you mean though about being left out in cold as far as personal expendures are concered. I lost half of just about all I owned when I relocated with the company for this tremendous "OPERTUNITY" up north that fell through in less than 2 months leaving me to crawl to Chicago with nothing more than lint in my pocket. But to leave you with 1 positive note. I didn't sign up with money as my main motivation, I sign up to gain confidence and people skills which I could tell from you own posting is just what you got out of it.
