Grants 360 Refund approved, never sent... 2nd part of there scam Internet
As you all know this company GRANTS 360, was and is deceptive on there charges. The company rep stated everything was explained in terms/conditions on there web page... however, i saved the page i originally enrolled on and referred back to it, and she was incorrect. I read every single word on the page and links, all charges were only for S&H for a free trial. So i continued my research, and I found on another GRANTS 360 page there were indeed hidden charges explained.
Summary Grants 360 has had complaints from everyone except there two actors pretending they received grants from them. So I challenge the company to post in large bold letters next to there S&H fee for the free trial something like....
"This service fee is going to be a continual charge on your credit card every month and the $1.95 is not only for S&H but also your consent to charge your credit card monthly"
If they decide to do that and make there effort more responsible i will delete this portion of my report.
SECONDLY.... A refund specialist said they would only refund me after i fill out a request form, which i did, after that they said they would only refund me a portion (close to 45$), and not a penny more. The refund agent "Len" said i would recieve my refund shortly after i submit the form.
Submitted 11/9/2009 @ 11:46 a.m. which leads me to part two of there scam, NO REFUND RECEIVED.....
I informed them i would forward all of my paper work, printed screen pages, Refund request form and transcripts from myself and "len" (grants 360) to my lawyer, which i have and am waiting patiently to right the wrong of this company.
FINAL WORD
ATLEAST GIVE A REFUND AND CORRECT YOUR WEB PAGE AND MAKE IT APPEAR AS IF YOUR LEGITIMATE...... IT'S ONLY RIGHT AND FAIR TO CONSUMERS THAT ARE TRULY INTERESTED. YOUR EXCUSES AND JUSTIFICATIONS ONLY MAKE IT WORSE, GRANTS 360, YOU HAVE EGG ON YOUR FACE, WIPE IT OFF.
