Nicky, you just need to know that a lot of people are disgusted with the practice of taking unfair advantage of consumers in difficult economic times, and will continue to report your scam until you are shut down.

I'm sorry to hear you are having issues with our product. I tried locating your account, however we have no customers from that city and searching for your name as first or last name didn't bring up any results either. So if you could supply me with either your user id, email address, first name + city or last name used, I would definitely look into it. Also, we issue refunds to customers on a regular basis, so I'm not sure why your request has been denied. Again, once I have some information on your account, I will definitely look into it. WELL IT SEEMS I DO I HAVE AN UPDATE PEOPLE. I JUST GOT CHARGED AGAIN FOR $59 DOLLARS. SO THAT IS A TOTAL OF ALMOST $100 IN ONE DAY WITH THREE DIFFERENT TRANSACTIONS. PLEASE DO NOT CLICK ON THESE FREE GRANT LINKS OR WEB PAGES. I CALL THESE NUMBERS NEXT TO THE COMPANY WHO CHARGED MY CARD AND THEY ARE THIRD PARTIES. THEY CANCEL YOUR SUBSCRIPTION TO WHICH SUBSCRIPTION THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT I AM NOT SURE!!! BUT THEY WON'T REFUND YOUR MONEY. THEY GIVE YOU AN EMAIL ADDRESS AND IT ALWAYS STARTS WITH SUPPORT@.... GOODNESS I AM A VICTIM OF THIS SCAM AND I ONLY HOPE YOU DO NOT PUT YOURSELF IN MY SHOES, IT FEELS LIKE HELL WHEN PEOPLE ARE TAKING MONEY YOU DON'T HAVE. IF YOU WANT TO KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT GRANTS GO TO WWW.USA.GOV I ONLY HOPE THAT SOMEONE CAN HELP. HOPEFULLY THE NEWS STATIONS WILL BROADCAST THIS TO WARN INNOCENT CITIZENS AND HOPEFULLY GET THE COMPANIES WHO ARE SCAMMING PEOPLE OUT OF BUSINESS.
