First, why would a haircut just be free? That doesn't even make sense. Second, why would they let you leave until your service had been paid for? It is perfectly reasonable for them to have you wait there until your father came to get you and could pay. What do you suggest they change their policy to? Should they let people come in, claim that they thought their service would be free, and then just leave? That sounds like a terrible business practice.

After your original report, your two updates only make this more confusing.
We have no idea when you went in, when your dad went in. Is this now on different days? Still can't figure out why you were held "hostage", unless it had something to do with you not paying for a haircut. Then still have no idea why you are blaming them for something you at one point admit is your dads's fault.

So my dad went in there to pay the haircut the day before AND two workers that were there gave a very BS story to what I told above they claimed that I couldnt leave because I had to wait for my dad which the real reason is they couldnt let me leave without paying just for a misunderstanding about the coupon. never will go back to that great clips location.
