Great Clips great clips gave me a bad har cut and i still had to pay!! Nashville Tennessee
i went to great clips to get my long hair cut that i had spent nearly a year growing back from a bad haircut. i asked the girl to cut an inch or so above my shoulders. well i wasnt faced towards the mirror so i couldnt seee how much she cut when she pulled off my cape my hair was at ear level!!! i said this isnt what i asked for she said yes it is i said no i told you shoulder length with choppy layers. i was so mad i refused to pay she said i still gotta charge you 2 dollars i said fine. at this point i was screaming and crying because my beautiful long blonde hair was gone!!!!! i just grabbed my credit card and ran out the door.
the girl had an attitude about it. but the good news is my hair grew back after almost two years and i decided to go back to great clips believe it or not and this sweet girl cut my hair like i wanted and i went back again like 2 months ago and got another! it just depends on the stylist. i remember that day i went in i didnt see my usual stylist and i had this gut feeling "dont get a haircut today" but i did anyway. just beware!!!
