Today, May 20, 2009, I called GREATFN and spoke to Mr. Robert Holtz, the Customer Representative of the company. I complained to him about my three(3) illegal charges within 30 days for $12.99each on my statement of my credit card. I never authorized the $12.99 charges by TLG*GREATFN CT. Robert said because I used Hotwire.com. He could not explain for details, therefore, I has been transferred to the Customer Service Manager, Ms. Heather Well, she realized how serious this complaining was , and immediately transferred me to the Public Relation of GREATFN, Ms. Tricia Hossman, and her direct line is +1-203-956-1162. The company physical address: 100 Connecticut Ave. Norwalk, CT 06850. After spoke to all the people above, GRETPN agreed to refund all the charges 3x$12.99USD.
Tricia said GREATFN had been on business for more than 30 years and this has been persistently going on for 30 years. I do not understand why Department Of Justice had never investigated this company to stop the illegal business practice.
