Greco Marketing Aka CYDCOR Aka DSMax is another CYDCOR scam! South San Francisco California
Beware of postings on Craigslist and Monster.com for Entry Level Marketing Managers for Greco Marketing Solutions! Greco Marketing is just another branch of Cydcor, using legitmate job search engines. Greco Marketing responded to my resume submission the day after I sent it in, and asked me in a for an interview, adding I was one of the lucky ones to be chosen.
Wanting to be prepared for the sit-down, I searched the internet for the company but found nothing on them, but loads of negative press on Cydcor, its parent company. I was fortunate to also find Eric Wolfram's enlightening reports. Greco called me at 8:30 the day of my interview to confirm my attendance, to which I quickly replied that I was cancelling. The interiewer, not questioning my reponse, quicky said "ok" and then hung up. Any legitimate business would have questioned my change of heart, or at the very least, the reason why I was cancelling.
Also, in this day and age of 6.1% unemployment, when does an employer anxiously call a prospect to confirm attendance to an interview? Please do not join the many people who have been fooled by this terrible scam. When a job ad looks too good to be true, it is.
