Green Buffalo Moving Trans United Moving, Overcharge, misleading, missing items, cheating Reseda, California
Starting business as Trans United Moving, Serv. in 2008 got 26 complains on BBB during the first year. Most of complains including huge overcharges, misleading, cheating, exorbitant fees, missing or damaged items. This company easily changed the name to Green Buffalo Moving in 2009 without even changing physical address in Reseda, CA. Have the same president and even federal DOT license still the same.
Thats what I read about Green Buffalo Moving on Better Business Bureau:
We believe TransUnited Moving Serv, Inc., and Green Buffalo Moving are a common enterprise. Both businesses operate using the same interstate moving license. The complaint experience below is for TransUnited Moving Serv, Inc. Complainants allege pricing disputes concerning total costs of services, exorbitant fees for packing material charges, or that the company fails to file insurance claims for missing or damaged items. In other cases, the company fails to refund deposits, show up for scheduled appointments, or provide promised discounts. A few complainants allege delays in receiving deliveries. The company responds to complaints by explaining that customers are informed of the cost of packing materials in advance and that these fees are in addition to the estimated price for the move. The company responds to many complaints stating they offered discounts to the customers. The company responds to a few complaints by explaining that they cannot provide a guaranteed date of delivery and responded to complaints about damage stating the customer will need to file a claim for and the company will reimburse according to the policy.

The declaration that Green Buffalo Moving is the same company as Trans United Moving is not true. They are a completely different company operating since July of 2009 with not a single complaint in BBB, as opposed to Trans United Moving's 26. This report was posted by a competitor who was once a part of Trans United Moving. Prior to that, he operated American Eagle Moving and, after both of those companies were shut down due to illegitimate/illegal activity, this competitor is now operating LA Moving.
