Please have the confirmation number for the reloads available if you have them. Your Green Dot card would be the receiving end on any bank reload, which means that we would not have a way to see the incoming loads if there was an issue. Bank reloads do have certain limits and if there is an issue with the registration or load confirmation, the transaction will not be completed. You can log on to your account on our website www.greendot.com for information on the bank load process.
