The payment to my finance company was made by Green Dot on the same day that I had to borrow money to make a payment. This was after I was told that a stop payment was made on the check. After a month of calling Green Dot and not one Supervisor could have told me this ?
I am a Loss Prevention Manager for a major retail chain that sells these cards. I am going to strongly recommend that we stop selling these cards before we are negatively impacted by their business practices. And no, I don't work for Walmart.Until I can get my automatic deposit changed out of green dot, I had better not see a mysterious freeze on my account.

I sent a response to the email twice, that Green Dot requested to resolve this. Both times the email was returned as not deliverable. Below is a copied response from the returned email showing the same email address that was give on this site to resolve this.
