 Green Dot Corporation has hired several egotistical uneducated derelicts to run their multimillion dollar company. One of the agents named Jimmy is nothing more then a scape goat and a ripper. He lies and changes his story repeatedly in order to deny your claim. Not only will he try and stab you in the back, he'll try and stab you in the front with a lightning flash blink to deny your claim. He is a ripper, a thief and a habitual liar.

Jimmy works in: Card Holder Disputes, is very immature and often neglects his responsibilities as an agent to work toward finding a solution. He has been documented not returning phone calls on a timely fashion and caries and "I DON'T GIVE A CARE ABOUT YOUR CLAIM ATTITUDE"

He expresses himself poorly, lacks punctuality and because of his lack of knowledge he aims to shuffle off the phone before you can ask him questions. When he "asks" a question and a logical answer is given he doesn't have the comprehension level to siphon or pick up the information that has been presented to him.

Jimmy cares about one thing, DENYING YOUR CLAIM. If your card is ever lost or stolen, BEWARE. You will get shuffled around from rep to rep. After speaking with Jimmy several times in reference to my claim it was clear that the answers that were given to his questions "asked" we logical and made since. Jimmy's main concern was giving the same statement over and over and then HANGING UP the telephone when asked to speak to his manager Nicole which does nothing to correct his behavior.

Joseph is another person that works there and thought in his own mind that he was the BILLY GOAT at the top of the hill, however he is nothing more then just a talking rep puppet. He pulled up my claim and said that he had the authority to pay out the claim when in fact he had no authority at all according to Jennifer that works at the company and neither does she. Joseph hung up on me when asked to speak to a manager.

In summary, Green dot including Jimmy and Joseph are players in a sham of an operation. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. IF YOUR CARD IS STOLEN THEY WILL DO ANYTHING AND SAY ANYTHING TO REJECT YOUR CLAIM. THEY DON'T CARE AND THEY ARE OUT TO RIP YOU OFF. MULTIPLE HARASSING PHONE CALLS FROM CALIFORNIA WERE RECEIVED IN AN ATTEMPT TO MAKE FUN AND HARASS-VIA THEIR CELL PHONE.

DO NOT BY THEIR PREPAID CARDS!!!!!!!!!!! YOU'VE BEEN WARNED, THEY WILL RIPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPPP YOU OFF FASTER THEN YOU CAN CLOSE THE DOOR. YOU CAN THANK UPPER LEVEL MANAGMENT JIMMY & JOSEPH FOR THEIR LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM AND REASON FOR THIS REPORT.

Documented in the notes Nicole Molawsky has yet to return my phone after calling over 47 documented times. I should not have to refile a claim for logical answers that were given to Jimmy Ngor. It is not my fault he does not have the ability to comprehend and no matter what you say to support your claim, your automotically wrong with managers to back up you say no matter. It's amazing how you'll answer this request, but you won't call me back to fix what you did wrong after over 47 calls. It shows the lack of professionalism by Jimmy Ngor, Joseph and Nicole Molawsky.
