Documented in the notes Nicole Molawsky has yet to return my phone after calling over 47 documented times. I should not have to refile a claim for logical answers that were given to Jimmy Ngor. It is not my fault he does not have the ability to comprehend and no matter what you say to support your claim, your automotically wrong with managers to back up you say no matter. It's amazing how you'll answer this request, but you won't call me back to fix what you did wrong after over 47 calls. It shows the lack of professionalism by Jimmy Ngor, Joseph and Nicole Molawsky.
