green tree servicing llc its affiliates and/or assigns conseco heartless, rude, threatening, liars, illegally trying to reposses my deceased mothers home, not allowing time to remove property from house, threatening to put locks on house & dispose of animals in h rapid city, South Dakota
my mother passed away easter sunday, unfortunately she left no assets to pay any of her debts. my brother is living in the home has for 7 years. my mom & brother relied on each others income to be able to afford the home. when she died he was left to pay by himself. in less than 30 days following her death, they were trying to get payment, explained that my brother was going to stay in the house, but to please be patient while he earned enough money to make payment within 30 days, michelle demanded a post dated check, which is illegal in nc. when he refused to send the post dated check harraassing phone calls began. threatening to put locks on the doors of the home & prevent anyone from entering my mothers home. it is a mobile home, but is not considered personel property, but real property, she had a lawyer draw up letter of intent to affix the mobile home as real property, i have the deed to prove it. they are claiming it to be a mobile home with wheels & a hitch & intend to reposess as a car would be. i have talked to the lawyer who did both the will & intent & has advised me that they need to follow the proper channels as a foreclosure. they have even threatened to put the lock on the home & dispose of all animals living in the house when they do come to the house. they have caused me & my brothers extreme anguish, we have had bearly enough time to come to terms of my mothers unexpected death much less put up with such nonsense. these people have no heart at all. we are still grieving for my mother we shouldnt have to tolerate this abuse from them & neither should anyone else in the same situation, nor for any other reason. we all have lost sleep, afraid to answer the phone because we know what is on the other end, they call at all times of the day, some leave harrassing messages or no messages at all. we need your help! we are close to having nervous breakdowns, dont how much more we can take!!!!! we need help!!!!! they should be put out of business, strong arming people, threatening to dispose of my mothers dogs, locking people out of their homes, fraudulant demands for payment by intimidation, preying on peoples emotions & grief. please help shut these people down!!!

Green Tree is like dealing with loan sharks & the mafia all rolled into one.. strong armming people, threatening to lock people out of their houses, taking & killing animals!! How can these people remain in business? With all the heartache & emotional issues that these bastards have caused me & my family they should be paying me to keep the house.. but since they wanted to threaten, intimidate, lie, cheat, bully, threatening phone calls & everything else.. now they can try to recoup their loss.. my brothers & i have let the house go back to them in foreclosure!! So now, try to get the money back from the house, (the house is in a small county with no to few sales of houses similar to my mother's house) you will be good to get 15% of your loan back... Green Tree. If you had played the game right we would be paying you the money & all would have been happy. Why is the government not really regulating these companies & protecting people like us from these kind of collection tactics!!!! Someone please help!
