These guys came in and promissed the world. $100,000 later, we are left with property values that have plummeted by much more that we paid them. Smooth salesman...makes you feel like you're special....each promise was missed. Finally, Mr. NiceGuy won't show up or return calls. I heard one of his guys talking about the lavish life style that the ower lives. Stay away.
