 green dot promised me to mailed my personalized card  i haven't  received yet it's almost a week now  I  filed a compliain through the attorney general about  green dot  i emailed them twice to cancelled account and refund my money they refused and they are using delaying tactics also their website is terrible and their customer service rep is rude and obnoxious so  i have no choice  to email the attorney general office regarding this complain this company is not honest or reliable they love to scam people who work hard for their money  i'm going to file a complain with Federal Trade commisssion regarding their deceptive practices folks  stay away green dot prepaid  visa debit card  green dot made my files disappear  it went to black hole or twilight zone when  I called the customer service  to verify when theyare going send my personalized visa debit card well the customer serv rep reply was they cannot my find information what happen ?  the greendot customer rep was rude and obnoxious please boycott green dot visa debit debit ! greendot money pak! don't buy it .

If we are able to verify your identity, we will register and send a prepaid reloadable debit card. Cards are sent standard delivery using the US postal service and you should generally receive it wihtin 2 weeks of registering your card. If you instead decided to get a refund, it takes about 2 weeks from the time all the pending transaction and all activity on the account clears up. If you need help with the status of your refund or card delivery, send us an email with your name as it was entered when registering your card, phone number and a brief description of your issue to [email protected].
