0n 9/19/2014 I purchased a Moneypak for $200 from them with process charge $204.95. The pin I activated was no good and my money has been in limbo ever since.    Card gives you number to call but noone answers and sends you to thier website that is useless!!!    It is now November 1 and still not even close to getting my cash back though at thier request emailed copy of pin and reciept of purchase.   They constantly demand same info over and over again and demand phone contact. When do call you pass you off to numerous individuals who have no knowledge and ask for info again and again is endless and useless.   I am a long haul truck driver and can not be instantly available anytime as work mostly nights due to customer concerns and tried to explain this but they do not care!

I have tried talking to them but call me while am driving and I can not deal with constant demand for transaction info when pass me off to some pion over and over again!   DO NOT BUY MONEYPAKS IF DO NOT WORK YOU WILL NEVER SEE YOUR CASH AGAIN SYSTEM IS SET UP TO MAKE REFUND IMPOSSIBLE!!!  

It is 41 days later and I am nowhere close to recieving my refund proof positive they care nothing about thier customers and will do everything to keep your cash A TOTAL RIPOFF!!!

I am getting my cash back but can give no thanks to Green Dot!!! I totally understand people are not perfect and hold no ill will against Pilot Corporation or the cashier who made the error, in fact I owe them my grattitude for being the ones to step up to home plate and resolve this!     Normally Greendot does not allow merchants to refund so forced into their unending nitemare of no nothing nobodies as I was for 47 days. My great thanks to Porcha of Pilot Corporation for taking the simple steps of reviewing the video and noting and correcting the obvious error. My refund on the way and long overdue but I should not have needed to bring them into this and never wanted to.  As for Greendot I refuse to deal with them ever again and suggest others do the same until they change their policy and actually live up to term customer service instead of treating customers in manner that makes dealing with IRS preferable!

 Unbelievable even here asked for same info sent them 44 days ago! Trust me everyone do not use them the IRS is easier to deal with! I sent them copies of all long ago plus the North Platte Ne Flying J where I bought it at has full video showing error cashier made and asked them to review it they have done zero and instead wasted my time with endless black hole of people asking same thing repeatedly making it impossible to ever see my refund! I have received 2 more calls since posted this first thing asked me for info again do not have customer service have robots programmed in endless circle! They asked if cashed, is irrelevant! Cashier mixed cards and gave me failed one tossing good one in garbage and if after found and cashed changes nothing is error of their representative and their legal responsibility under law to refund my cash! How hard is it for them to have one person with authority to correct this to call me with my emails with copies in front of them? Even the IRS has info in front of them before contacting you and have dealt with them and won and we all know how IRS works and Greendot worse to deal with!!!!
