I went and purchsed a greendot reload pack.
Already bad that you have to wait an hour delay to ad the pack to your card.
Ok, so when it is time for me to add the pack number, I get transfered to customer care come to find out they claim the money was never added on the pack. I had a copy faxed to there first fax number at 626-739-2101.  Call back to speak to a manager he said they received it and it will take 1 business day. Next day funds still not added talk again to another manager they said 2 hours promise that the funds will be added to my card. Ok we are now on the 3rd day which is today....Speak to another manager this time I get his name "Oscar" he tells me the fax was never received , so nice of them after they told they already had it. Ok so it is refaxed to a different number 626-739-2057. Ok call back speak to another manager "Marie" she said they got it again "yeaaaaa". And that I have to wait another 1 day business crap. So I am pending till monday to see if I ever really get my funds.

There needs to be a way to have a class action. In this process my phone was cut off cause the funds was not added on my pack. But they are not paying for my reconnect fee for me to get my services back on. I hope noone uses the services of greendot ever again cause it it was not cause of us they would not have a job. This has been the worst experience I have ever had with then after all these years I will never do business with them again will use Rush Card or find someone else that I can trust.....Thank you for letting me vent!!!!!
