Greenmaster inc. taken advantage of disabled elderly Tuttle Oklahoma
GreenmasterInc. of Tuttle,Oklahoma has threatened,bullied and scammed an elderly disabled friend. When this consumer called this business to spray her yard for weed control (she only wanted a one time spraying) they sent her a bill with a $15.00 coupon, which she paid & used the coupon. Afterwards she received another bill so she called Greenmaster to find out why. The woman who answered the phone and represented herself as one of the owners as well was extremely rude & unprofessional.
She told this customer that since she used the coupon she is locked into a 1 year contract. Needless to say this elderly disabled woman can't afford this. Greenmaster came back a second time to spray and left a $45.00 invoice on the door despite being told repeatedly not to come back. I called this company on the customer's behalf. When asked her name, she refused to answer the question and as I tried to explain that this elderly woman wished to discontinue business with them, the owner started yelling at me and threatened to turn my friend over to collections. Any business that conducts themselves in this manner should have their license revoked!
