Greenwood Holding LLC Payday Loan, Sueing me New York NY
I got a call today from a private number and I answered it, the guy said he needed to service me court papers and I asked him what it was about and he told me all I can give you is the phone number and case number.
I said ok so he gave me a number of 1-877 306-3712 and a case #BH 4050 MMG, I thanked him and hung up. I called the number supposedly it's an attorney's office and you hit zero. I gave the guy on the phone the case number and I asked him what this was about. He informed me that I had a payday loan in Nov. 2012 and t h e amount they wanted was $995.00 and it was Greenwood Holding LLC that had filed in count here in my country and I needed to be home to get served.
He wanted to know if I would be home and told t h at was not his business and to go ahead and serve me so my attorney can deal with them, then he got really weird and started threatening me and asking me if I was going to be home. I informed him under the law he could not harass me or anything like that. I hung up on him.
I would like to know who these people are and if they are licensed to do payday loans in the state of Oregon.

Now they are trying to file a civil suit of me I can't afford an attorney to fight them, I did find out they are noticeboard in this state to do business, but I have no protection saga just a civil suit.
