It took a couple of months to sort everything out since I filed the first report, however eventually things were cleared up with GE Nashville and Laura specificaly. As matter of fact, almost a year later, I was contacted by Laura to verify that everything had been taken care of and that I was pleased with the resolution. Based on that concern, I agreed to remove the Report that I posted last year, but unfortunately, the website does not allow me to do so. If Rip off Report does has a process for removing such reports, I would appreciate them removing this one. While I still made a mistake not dealing with this in person, before I deployed to Iraq and had to track people down after I got back and the company changed hands a couple times, once I did find the responsble parties, they were more than helpful. Thank you Laura for being concerned.

Greg and Laura Berenato are available to consult with you about your concerns and/or complaints and have given their contact information to the current owners of GE Nashville and have always been available. If you signed up for the service prior to February 2008, Mike Meiss is the owner of your contract and IS the contact for any questions about billing. All members are currently being serviced by the new staff and any concerns about service are to be directed to them. Greg and Laura Berenato have been available for contact and have resolved and continue to resolve to the best of their ability any concerns that any member, that joined the service between February 2008 and July 2008, as that was the time frame in which they were servicers, may have. The contact email is [email protected] and phone contact will be given by email. Contracts cannot be broken, if you have a request you will be heard, however, servicing is now being taken care of by the new owners to ALL members, past and present. Thank You and no concerns will be resolved until an agreement is made to remove all hateful and negative comments. If no response is is given by any party to any rip off report, their comment will be disputed. So if you are such party contact Greg or Laura immediately, to resolve your complaint, if no response they will understand that it was just a personal attack on such individuals who have reached out with this response. I made a MISTAKE. I included information about MIKE MIESS of connections dating. I made a mistake, and in the frustration of all the run around I recieved from Great Expections I included him in this report. Great Expectations gave me his number and told me that he was responsible for contracts. I should have know that this was a lie, like all the other ones and infact he is not responsible. In addition to his lack of involvement, he is assisting me with how the "dating" buisness works so I can try to find the people responsible. This is a reputable man and I apologize for involving him in this report. Sorry Mike..
