After paying Greg Pettegrew, Advanced Web Creations, he never built our website. At first, Greg called us to try his time limit special offers for website design. This guy would call us almost three times a day sometime just to stress why the offer would not last and how he could help us have a web presence. We wrote the content and supplied him with photos but this guy did not come through for us. After calling and sending him e-mails several times, he finally sent a half page mock web page. We responded by asking him to develop our web and not just a mock or make believe page. Greg would not return our calls or e-mails. Even our attorney sent him a letter given him a deadline to finish the web job or refund our money. He neither finished the job nor returned our money. We just want to warn folks out there not to be victims of this scammer. He is a fraud. We will continue to pursue all legal avenues to recover our money and other damages. CONSUMERS BE AWARE OF ADVANCED WEB CREATION!

This particular client took almost two years to get back to us after we presented the initial design and then wanted to completely start over from scratch.  We informed him we would still be willing to work with him but additional fees would now be required due to the length of time that had passed since the project began along with the design change. He thought this was absurd and expected us to cater to his every demand two years after the project began.

The contract he signed stated that he had a total of 4 months to complete the project and no refunds would be given after this time. We are reasonable and often extend this timeframe to clients, however, two years is simply too long. He even had 18 months to contact his credit card company to request a refund and file a dispute / chargeback which he never did as he simply forgot about the project. This was simply a case of negligence on behalf of the client and he should have been more timely with the development of his project. The majority of our clients pay by credit card and if we do not satisfy the terms of the contract VISA / MC will reverse their transaction every time.
