Lancto Brothers apologized for leaving the review and agreed they should not have done so. GSES spoke with the customer Lancto Brothers and Lancto Brothers agreed that GSES did everything they could do to help him. Unfortunately, the manufacturer sent his parts UPS ground instead of UPS overnight - this was an honest mistake.

After talking to the people at greg smith who were very understanding i,m sorry i got so upset, and the problem lies with the actual manufactorer of the lift and parts shipper and not with greg smith equipment who have worked to resolve the problem. again i'm sorry.
