Stay as far away from Greg Conman Sundem as possible.
As like a typical conman, Sundem is always moving around changing names, starting new companies, moving to other states. He is hard to track but we hired a PI as he owes us almost $1MM. We have tried to serve papers on him twice but can't find a legitimate address.
Sundem closed Praxsyn in California as fraud investigators continue an investigation into kickbacks Mesa and Praxsyn were making to doctors. In addition, Praxsyn/Mesa partnered with 3 doctors who were under indictment Andrew Jarminski, Craig Chanin, and Phong Tran. Sundem scurried back to Las Vegas where he was formerly involved with a company by the name of MedCare Finance. MedCare went defunct when Sundem's partner discoverd Sundem was arranging the purchase of A/R from Mesa/Praxsyn and taking kickbacks for misrepresenting the collection curves. He was locked out of the office and reported to the State AG. Sundem scurried out of LV to CA to hide out with Mesa for a few years. During that time he continued to bring in buyers for Mesa A/R. He fabricated collection curves and got sued by at least 2 groups for fraud. Sundem and Praxsyn are being sued for the same tricks he has always been up to: misrepresenting collection curves for Mesa's crap paper they obtained by paying doctors kickbacks. Their special cream claimed to cure pain and several other claims at one point even Erictile Dysfunction. I swear!
Nevada is investigating Sundem and his latest pump and dump scam company Nevada Health Rx.
Need i say more folks. Professional criminal. I think the only way he has been able to pull this off is he comes off like a complete dufuss. Like a fat nerd with egg stains on his shirt. I guess he is smarter than he acts.
