Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

It was just brought to our attention here at The National Board of Professional and Ethical Standards, (NBPES) that a Lawyer named Gregg Brennan of Summerfield, FL has been slandering our good name by making false and misleading claims to a third party not involved with our organization. The slander was in the form of emails that this so called Lawyer sent to a third party. I am also told that he is using an alias name of AKA Paul Graff of Lessburg and filing false complaints all over the internet involving us and a distinguished doctor by the name of Dr. Brady. Although the AKA cannot be proven at this time, we will be able to establish the connection, very soon.

It should be mentioned we have only had one complaint , no court actions of any kind and no fines in 20 years of operation here in Central Florida with more than 10,000 happy students to date, so our reputation is almost impeccable and we are more than willing to compare ours with any educational organization in the country. This one complaint involved a crazy man in Indonesia who we refused to certify due to his being crazy. He filed more than one dozen complaints, (told you he was crazy) including several with the State of Florida, all were closed out in our favor within 6 months. The State of Florida in the end commended us for not doing business with this crazy man. So you see our reputation is very important to us here at the National Board… and we are VERY protective of it.

It should be said that we have not done any business with him or as far as we know anybody he knows.  There is NO truth to any of his allegations in his emails or blogs that he has presented as facts.

We have been told by former clients of his that this lying/slandering man who holds himself out as a cheap Lawyer is a very bad lawyer to say the least, to the point that he is scamming people of their hard earned money with improper representation. Yes we we have been told he is that bad of a Lawyer.

We have this day filed a Bar Association complaint against this Lawyer for his actions. We have also been informed that others have filed recent Bar Complaints as well.

This lawyer does not know how to tell the truth ! I checked in the second week of September and there is still a open case in the Bar Association against him when he reports its closed out in his favor.

He in fact gave out personal client information all over the internet in hopes of destroying a valid complaint against him on his client and the Bar is actively investigating.

Unless you want a crooked lawyer, even more then normal, that will take your money then give out your private information all over the internet, I would suggest you stay as far away from this crook and lair as possible!

In a letter to Dennis Brady, who filed the bar complaint that was the genesis of these issues, the attorney for the Florida Bar advised Mr. Brady that his complaint against my office was without merit.  He was unable to provide  evidence to substantiate his claims against this office.

This Lawyer also screwed me over and they are dead on, he is a horrible lawyer with a bad reputation. I read where he releases client confidential information to the general public. That is is a direct violation of his ethical duties as an attorney. He slams this guy who he thinks filed the report when its clear to me and should be to anyone else reading his report, it was a company who turned him in for slandering them.

He has multiple Bar complaints against his license for misconduct and hopefully he will be disbarred.

My advice to anyone considering using this bad lawyer is to stay as far away as possible from this unethical, unprofessional, slandering lawyer.

#5REBUTTAL Individual responds

Mon, February 10, 2014

I made the mistake of representing Dennis A. Brady in a small claims action against a local used car dealer.  Mr. Brady failed to provide me with pertient documentation regarding his case, such as repair bills, prior to the deadline the court imposed.  Instead, Mr. Brady waiting until the day of trial to provide those documents to me, despite my having sent him an e-mail on October 25, 2013 reminding him to provide those documents to me so that I could disclose them to the defendant as required by law.  In addition, Mr. Brady failed to provide me with the names of relevant witnesses, other than himself and his wife, which resulted in my having to track down witnesses on his behalf at great time and expense for which he was not billed, until I had to use a process server to serve them trial subpoenas.  I advanced the cost on Mr. Brady's behalf, trusting that I would receive payment.

In the end, despite securing a judgment on Mr. Brady's behalf for the money he was legally entitled to (again he did not receive a judgment for the repair costs as he did not submit those bills to my office timely) Mr. Brady refused to pay the minimal amount of one hundred fifteen dollars that my office advanced on his behalf to have his witnesses attend the trial, despite his signing a contract with my office that obligated him to pay those expenses.  When I sent him a bill in that amount and asked him when I could expect payment,

Mr. Brady responded "why should I?" and complained about my representation of him during his case, despite the fact he made no such statements or concerns during representation.  I responded to Mr. Brady that he was contractually obligated to make those cost payments and Mr. Brady then began to make accusations against me and my office that devolved into bizarre claims on his own behalf that he used to be a paralegal, a prosecutor who never lost a case, as well as a judge.  I decided to be the bigger man at that point and walk away and ended the e-mail conversation, which recently started again.

The reason it started is that Mr. Brady received a complaint from someone who he thinks is me apparently about the services offered by his business.  While I have my own thoughts about Mr. Brady's competence, I am not involved in that matter and it is apparent that Mr. Brady has deep-seated anger issues and trouble letting go of matters where he thinks he was wronged, even when he actually won a judgment that he otherwise wouldn't have gotten had he decided to represent himself.  I regret the day that Mr. Brady and his wife walked into my office but I have always conducted myself in the most professional of manners, and Mr. Brady apparently refuses to see it that way.
