I purchased a demo 2002 Ford Focus Hatchback and financed it through Ford Credit in 2002. After that i was going through a horrible divorce after 25 yrs of marriage and i could not make the payments.  I contacted Ford Credit and told them that i had to return the car and it was in prestige condition. Ford Credit told me that they would resale the vehcile and put it towards what i owed and i would owe the remainder. I never did this so i had no idea what was going to happen next & did not know until January 2106. Attn. Greg MORRIS froze my bank account, i had 7, 557.00 that i saved for the past 12 years and was going to give it to my daughter for her closing cost on Feb. 8 2016.

I called Attn. MORRIS and we spoke for about an hour i want to say.  He told me what this was about and i told him that I have never received any notification of this or anything of that matter and he asked me if my address was lownhill brownsville pa and i told him i never lived there. I  told him what was told to me by Ford Credit.  I explain to him that I called Ford Credit and told them of my situation and that i wanted to give the car back that it was not repossessed.  He asvised that i owe over 11 thousand dolloars and i said that is not possible i did not pay 11 thousand dollars for the car and it was brand new condition when i gave it back so i know they got what was owed on the car.  He told me that that is what i owe after attorney fees and interest.  i expalin to him that i went through a horrible divorce after 25 yrs of marriage and had no way to pay for the vehicle i also had lost my 24 yr old son in Dec. 20 2004 and i am finally picking myself up and trying to move forward and begged him to come to some kind of aggreement and he said he had to go he had a meeting.

I called again and we talked agian i begged him to please have a heart that i understand that there are deadbeats out there but i am not one that it took me 12 years to pull myself out of this mess and now that i have, you want to take it from me.  i said can we agree to you taking half of what i have, he said then what do want to make payments on the rest i said no, sir this is 14 yrs old and you are coming after me becasue i am an easy target and did not know what people do to protect there accounts to put another name on it, i am honest and forthcoming and i am begging you to take half and leave me something.  Well this went on for weeks and months, I would say Mr MORRIS if you do not agree to half i what i have then i will get an attorney and go to court and fight for it and he would say let me see what i can do and i will call you in a few days.  i would not hear from him so i would call him and go through it all over again.  Not once did he tell me he was taking the money and on March 25, i checked my bank account and sure enough he went in and took it on the 22nd of March without even a phone call telling me he was taking it, he lead me to believe we were negotiating.  He is a crook and a very sneaky one, he lead me to believe we were negotiating so i did not hire an attorney becasue he knew i would of got at least half so he wanted me to think we were going to work something out and the entire time he just hung me out long enough so he could get the money and i did not hire an attorney i believe that is not straighforward and should be agains the law.
