Griffith Towing Garage the ripoff business that doesnt give a d**n Russell Kentucky
I'm writing this report to reveal to any possible consumers that Griffith's Garage / Griffith's Towing in Russell Kentucky is "The Business That Doesn't Give a d**n" about their customers. PLEASE do yourself a favor and look elsewhere when you are looking for a good towing company. Griffith's is a poor excuse for a company that is handled / owned by a group of lazy and uncaring individuals. This past year I got stranded in cold winter weather with my two year-old son. I contacted Griffith's to have my vehicle towed back to my house which is only a couple miles away from their business; i waited an hour and a half for them to arrive.
When I first called the business they lady on the other end of the line said that somebody would be there in a few minutes... more like an hour and a half. That was lie number one. Later on this past year I called Griffith's to have my vehicle towed away to a salvage yard... which was my mistake. I should have learned my lesson the first time, but being the kind and understanding person that I am, I decided to give them another chance to redeem themselves. I called every week for a month straight trying to get them to come get my vehicle.
Each time I called I was either given the run-around or told that someone would come get the vehicle in the next day or two...days past by and there was no sign of Griffith's. And to top it all off, my house is only 2 or 3 miles from their place of business. They might come up with the excuse that "they are a busy company", but that is nothing more than a cop-out...it's a bold-faced lie. I've seen their company vehicles parked at various places with no vehicle in tow just "shooting the s**t" and wasting time. They need to get their priorities in order and learn to become a reputable company.
I will never again give Griffith's Garage / Griffith's Towing my business and I will tell as many people as I can to consider another towing company before going to Griffith's. BOYCOTT GRIFFITH'S GARAGE / GRIFFITH'S TOWING
