they hold your hard earned money for no reason, complete rip off company. i processed a few payments for a client who had a 3 days event and groovv held part of the money and required so many documents which i provied and still 6 days after i sent them the documents they still held my funds and said they were investigating. like really? i work hard for you to hold my funds? thats the reason i own a business in the first place, to be able to make money when i want to and not have somebody on the other side of the phone hold my funds and promise to call and never did 5 days in a roll. groovv you can keep the 100 doallars i spent to buy your terminal that dont even print recipts.
