Grossinger Autoplex Forged signature on the title..... The worst customer service...The Suv didnt have enough gas to drive 3 block to a station ie: I walked after delivery... but it had a full ashtry Lincolnwood Illinois
This has been the worst auto experience in the purchase of 30+ cars. I bought the Range Rover online for $38,000.00 it was a 2006 with 15k miles. It was delivered to me in Nebraska with a full ashty/dirty and not enough gas to drive the 3 blocks to a station...I walked to get a gas can.
I called to let them know my disappointment. The response from Caroline Grossinger is that all cars on a transport have to be empty.
Well, now 6 weeks later I still cannot license it because they are not competent to fill out the title. It has been back once and is going back today....this time with a form from a Federal government web sight showing them how.
I have called the State Police to inform them about the title problem. It is either fraud or they are just incompetent.
I will never shop Grossinger and will tell everyone I know about my experience.
