Groupon Deceptive advertising of GoPro Hero camera Internet

A few days ago Groupon Belgium put an ad up for, what appears to be a GoPro Hero 3+ camera (black). The picture on the ad clearly display the black 3+ version of the camera.
The text in the ad talks of a 'GoPro Hero 3 black'. Note that there is a difference between the black 3+ and the black 3 model. It's subtle but it's there and the black 3+ is considerably more expensive than the regular black 3 model.

I contacted Groupon to ask whether the offer is for a 3+ or 3 model but it has been 4 days and have yet to get a reply. I pointed out that the picture displays a different model than the technical specs in the ad below it seem to refer to (I had to do a bit of searching to figure this out).
Given that the picture is prominently displayed at the top of the ad and the fact that 'GoPro black 3', and 'GoPRod black 3+' are pretty much the same and rather ambivalent, I'd consider it false, if not disengenous, advertising at the very least.
For the record, I have not bought this Groupon, but mostly becasue I did a double-take right before clicking 'purchase'. I can't help wondering how many people did not catch this though.
