Groves at Milford Milford, MA Apartments Can't break lease, but they violate their own lease by allowing maintenance to come in with master key anytime they wish Milford Massachusetts
The Groves at Milford, Milford MA 01757 apartments has to be the worst place to live. The problem is they make you sign a lease, and they outline what they too will adhere to in a lease, but they never follow through. So not only are you paying a significant amount of money for these apartments that don't nearly look as good as their model apartment, but you have to give 60 days notice when you desire to leave, and you will want to, because they customer service skills are the worst.
Don't be fooled by their nice attitude to get you to sign a lease. Because once you do that, they will not do anything for you. Just check out their reviews and you will see what a disaster it is. Drugs deals. Rims taken off your car at night. They don't have security, yet they have break ins all the time.
They additionally tell you that maintenece has a schedule where they can't come in whenever they please. They have master keys and they give these keys to 3rd parties who do come in without knocking or yelling out maintence. So you could be watching tv, coming out of the shower, and they can be right in your living room. They try hard by making up anoymous handles on their review site to make excuses they they actually are a tenant that lived their for 8 years, but once you see how they handle their reviews you will be able to see what lengths they do go through to cover things up.
I have video of their maintence throwing things all over my jeep and others because they set a dumpster up right near the cars. They deny that and say they don't know what's going on. Pictures and videos speak more than their lying ever could. They lie about everything they say they will do.
No children are allowed to play near cars, but they do, and they bounce their balls and hit your car all the time. The management team sends out a note saying this isn't allowed, but they still do it, and the managment sees it as it's right outside their main building.
Nothing ois fixed right, it takes forever to get someone to fix things. The whole place takes your money and lies about everything.
