I had just filed my complaint and decided to give it one more try to contact them.  I did get a person to talk with and through my insistance I was able to cancel the automatic charges that was being done to my credit card.  I returned the lastest installment along with a confirmation number to the Shipping Manager of GSCM Fulfillment in Burbank, Ca and will mail it back to them.  Hopefully I will get a credit for this amount.  Actually, they said that the free trial offer came with the stiupulation that if I didn't respond after the "short trial" it would automatically go on to a monthly charge.  This was not made clear in the advertisement as far as I could tell.  Instead of a rip-off I would call it more a deceptive practice.  It should be made entirely clear that the automatic charge would kick in if after the trial period one did not respond.
