October 5, 2007, ordered special children's videos advertised on Christian Television Network. Videos are part of "Heroes of the Bible" series.

Offer was $19.95 plus S&H ($6.95) to include first three videos: "Story oof Moses", "The Nativity" and "Miracles of Jesus" plus two other items, one being a small children's Booklet of Bible stories.

I received only the three videos, although packing slip lists "Literature" with a product number underneath it.

Unable to contact until late afternoon today. Each call in morning asked that call be placed again in 30 minutes. After 8 minutes on hold this afternoon, "Rachel" informed me I received only what I ordered: the three videos - and she continued to tell me that's all I ordered. I informed her I'm sending a complaint to FCC because there are so many complaints against the company.

I contacted CTN about the shorage in order.I also told "Rachel" I do not want future videos sent and will contact credit card company that no future charges be applied to my account by GT Media.

After sending letters to FCC and my bank, with copies to GT Xpress/GT Media Inc/GT Direct Inc, I received a phone call today from someone in authority, apologizing and saying they had run out of the Bible stories and that's why I didn't receive it. Thought they could have put that info in with order. He was very nice, offering to refund my money, and started talking about future video shipments, but told him NO, I will not order from TV again. I told him he should look at complaints on internet and see how unhappy people are, especially with Customer Service Reps. When you have a valid complaint, don't be afraid to send letters to proper authorities, with copies to the company. I was contacted in one week.
