 Gtl has denied 5 transactions and took 39.00 out if my account and my bank posted each transaction yet gtl never released my funds as agreed

The transactions are not posted, they are still pending. As long as Gtl does not send the payment request to your bank, the items will return from pending back into your available balance. The problem is this could take 3 business days or longer, depending on your bank's policy of how long they keep an item "pending". Call your bank and explain the situation to them and they should tell you how long it will take before the pending is released and the money is available in your account again.
