Alan Ouye is the Branch Manager who has been having an affair with laura mora for several years. He is stuck in the 90's and does not have an idea about loans in todays market. At least once a day he will tell you a story on how loan depot's Anthony Hsieh is an a*****e and ruined his life. He and James Pittenger can careless if your loan closes or not, they acutally prefer if you cancel. Alan stats once we have a deposit (appraisal) we control the process.
James Pittenger is the biggest joke in mortgage industry, James Elliot who is an area SVP bashes him in meeetings stating that he doesnt know what he is doing.
If you want a good loan stay away from anybody that works these guys.
