Guardian Law Group-Calomeni & Associates, LLC Chrissy Law, Mike Stone money lost, ripped off, time wasted, no customer service. Roswell Georgia
I would like to file a complaint against Guardian Law Group. My husband and I are about to loose our home due to foreclosure. My husband has been in contact with Chrissy Law and employee of the Law Group to help us modify our loan
I called the Law Group to speak with Chrissy Law and was given her voicemail. I left a message and my call was not returned. I called the company back and spoke with Mike Stone. He was somewhat nice to me on the phone.
I explained my situation to him. Mike Stone asked me did I pay Chrissy any money. I told him my husband has paid her $300.00. He explained to me that I was not in his system and that I should contact her on her cell phone.
He stated to me that she must be doing this on the side and he prefers that she tell him what she is doing. I feel somewhat concerned that she is conducting business under the table because Mike stated " I will have to talk to her later about this".
I called Chrissy a few more times and have left several messages on her voicemail and again with no return call from her. It is important that I speak with her regarding what communication she is having with my mortgage company. I need to know exactly what she is doing to help us with a modification of our loan.
I have spoken with my mortgage company on several occasions recently and they are telling me Guardian Law Group is not working with them on a modification. My husband has given Chrissy his original documents of tax returns and other important papers. I need to reach Chrissy to get these document back from her but she fails to return my calls.
Guardian Law Group and Chrissy Law have done nothing to help us and we must look into other alternatives in trying to save our home. I called Guardian Law Group again to see if someone else could help me. Mike Stone answered and was Very Rude to me this time. Mike said "You are not my client and I can't help you".
So much for having confidence in this company and them willing to help you out. Chrissy Law is doing business under the table and the Guardian Law Group is ok with that. I feel this company is ripping people off. Mike Stone was not even kind enough to provide me with good customer service for even offer me options to help us.
My husband and I have 8 days before foreclosure proceeding. We looked to this company for help and assistance and have been cheated out of the money we paid to Chrissy Law. Guardian Law Group has failed to provide assistance to us and their customer service is horrible.
I suggest to anyone looking to use Guardian Law Group , Do Not Use Them.

This is totally false information. The report was filed by my ex-husbands best friends estranged wife that for what ever reason has some sort of problem. First of all her husband never hired Guardian Law Group. He contacted me as a friend to review paper work that he was filing on his own behalf to modify his mortgage. I did review the documents for him. He was very aware that he wasn't hiring the law firm because he couldn't afford it. Guardian Law charges $2800 to stop a foreclosure and modify a mortage so not sure why she is saying that he hired the firm for $300. "Original" documents were not sent to me, copies were email to me by some women that lives across the street from him.
